La Mesa Ecopark has new entrance fee rates for non-Quezon City residents
Starting Aug. 1, La Mesa Ecopark will be raising its entrance fee for non-residents of Quezon City.
According to an announcement shared on Facebook on July 29, the ecopark will charge an entrance fee of P50 per head for non-QC residents starting Saturday. Previously, the fee for non-residents was P20 per head.
As before, Quezon City residents can enter for free as long as they present their QC ID and once they like La Mesa Ecopark's Facebook page or follow its Instagram account.
The new entrance fee will give non-resident visitors access to free facilities in Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the ecopark. These include the eco-viewing deck, BiodiverCity Exhibit, and picnic area in Phase 1 as well as the newly opened picnic area, lagoon, ponds, and amphitheater in Phase 2.
Other spaces, facilities, and activities elsewhere in the park come with minimal fees: nipa huts, which can be rented, pavilions, the fishing area, badminton/pickleball court, bike rentals, the butterfly garden, team-building area, Flower Hill, and the nature trail.
The La Mesa Eco Park is located at the La Mesa Watershed in Brgy. Greater Lagro, District 5, Quezon City.
It's open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Tuesdays to Sundays.
