With a stunning sunset in the background, attendees of the grand launch of the Sta. Monica Lake Residences witnessed a milestone moment unfold at their very eyes.
Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. and 1 Premiere Land Marketing Co. hosted a lovely grand launch event to officially unveil and introduce its latest flagship project in Manaoag, Pangasinan. Held last May 2, 2026, the event opened with a lively performance of cultural dancers accompanied by the joyful music of drummers and a live band.
Towards the main program, a blessing ceremony officiated by Rev. Father Jerome Geronimo was held. It was quickly followed by a momentous ribbon-cutting ceremony held at the property’s grand entrance gate.
Important individuals who led the ribbon-cutting ceremony included the top executives from Sta. Lucia, including Sta. Lucia President and CEO Exequiel Robles, Sta. Lucia Land Director Irene Robles, Sta. Lucia Mall Vice President for Finance & Admin Annie Robles-Andres, and Sta. Lucia Mall Vice President for Marketing and Mall Operations Zaldy Santos.
1 Premiere Land Marketing Company President Augustine Cayabyab Jr. and Vice President Ellen Dimaculangan were also part of the distinguished individuals. 1 Premiere Land Marketing Company is the exclusive marketing arm of Sta. Lucia Land for this project.
From the Local Government of Manaoag, Pangasinan, esteemed mayor Jeremy Agerico 'Doc Ming' Rosario was all smiles as he joined in the unveiling of Sta. Monica Lake. Mayor Rosario was also joined by Mayor Ramon Ronald V. Guico IV of Binalonan, representing Governor Ramon "Mon-Mon" V. Guico III, as well as Board Members Hon. Jerry Rosario and Hon. Marinor De Guzman.
Completing the roster of personalities was Jose De Venecia III of Hind Sugar Company Inc., Sta. Lucia’s joint venture for this project.
As the ceremony wrapped up, Mayor Rosario gave a warm and encouraging message expressing his delight that such a project had materialized and how it could generate great opportunities benefiting the municipality. In his remarks, the mayor stated that Sta. Monica Lake Residences is a game changer—such a property concept has never been developed in Manaoag, Pangasinan.
With much anticipation, the audience cheered and applauded as Sta. Lucia Brand Ambassador and actress Bea Alonzo made an appearance to join SLI President Robles and Mayor Rosario for the Exchange of Memorabilia portion. Robles presented a property scale model to Mayor Rosario; in turn, Mayor Rosario presented a commemorative Key to the Municipality.
Several investors who already secured their premiere property in Sta. Monica Lake Residences were recognized and acknowledged. They were also invited to the stage and received a plaque of gratitude, and won exciting prizes in a raffle.
In the closing moments of the event, Bea Alonzo sat for an engaging discussion about lakeside living, her experiences in property investing, and being part of the Sta. Lucia family for more than ten years. Alonzo shared how she bought her very first property at the age of 15 under the Sta. Lucia company.
