Ivana Alawi, Francine Diaz, Small Laude among YouTube's top creators in PH for 2022

Model and actress Ivana Alawi, actress Francine Diaz, and entrepreneur Small Laude were among the top Filipino creators on YouTube this year.

Alawi, who has 16.1 million subscribers, ranked 4th, with contents revolving around her family and industry colleagues. She topped the list in 2020 and 2021.

Her "MOMMY CHALLENGE WITH VICE GANDA!" also ranked 4th in YouTube's top trending videos. It has over 9.8 million views and 424,000 likes.

Diaz, meanwhile, placed 9th. Her channel has a focus on lifestyle and showbiz life. She has 1.94 million subscribers.

Laude landed 10th spot. Her 1.6 million subscribers enjoy watching her vlogs on trips abroad, guest interviews, and home economics.

Rapper Geo Ong, who's vlogging about his life in hometown Palawan, emerged as top creator. He has 4.59 million subscribers. His "BAON" video also placed third in the top trending list.

YouTube's top trending video in the country in 2022 was "ASWANG SA PROBINSYA 2" by Kristories. The account narrates animated short videos about the Philippine folklore and the supernatural.

K-Pop supergroup BLACKPINK's Pink Venom, meanwhile, was the top music video in the platform. It has over 14 million likes and 471 billion views to date since its premier on Aug. 19. Additionally, the channel of the quartet Jennie, Lisa, Jisoo, and Rosé also has 83.4 million subscribers.
