NCR Plus under MECQ from April 12 to April 30

Metro Manila and surrounding provinces Bulacan, Cavite, and Rizal (NCR Plus) will be placed under modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ), a more relaxed form of ECQ, beginning Monday, April 12, Presidential spokesman Harry Roque announced on Sunday, April 11.

Roque said the MECQ in NCR Plus will end on Friday, April 30.

The city of Santiago, Quirino Province and Abra are also placed under MECQ until April 30.

Roque said the details of the April 12 to April 30 MECQ will be announced in the briefing tomorrow, April 12.
