Sakura is expected to bloom in Japan and other parts of the world starting March. They are known to symbolize hope as they mark the end of winter as well as the transience of life as they fall after just a week.
If you want to embrace the charm and beauty of these blooms, you might love Starbucks Philippines' spring collection dominated by pink and purple hues.
Co-created by Starbucks Asia Pacific and Starbucks Korea, the new drinkware set was "inspired by the beauty of the blooming cherry blossoms and the restorative power of nature." It has warm shades, with apricot and orange undertones giving it a balanced look.

The beverage brand also has sakura-themed Stanley cups in lavender and white (P3,195), keeping your drinks warm or cold for long with the help of their double-walled vacuum insulation.
The sakura collection is now available in all Starbucks stores nationwide as well as its official website.
According to the Japan Meteorological Corporation’s latest forecast, sakura is expected to start flowering on March 20 in Kochi. Its forecasted full bloom date is on March 28.
