At Casa Buenas, Newport World Resorts’ signature Filipino restaurant, ube takes center stage in Coconut & Earth, a dessert that captures familiar Filipino flavors through a refined lens.
Layers of ube parfait are complemented by mango compression, calamansi gel, and coconut snow, creating a composition that balances sweetness, brightness, and texture.
Available exclusively on June 12, the dessert reflects Casa Buenas’ approach to Filipino cuisine—honoring local ingredients while presenting them with contemporary elegance.
At Garden Wing Café, the celebration continues through a selection of ube-inspired cakes and desserts available on rotation.
