Need a last-minute Valentine's Day gift? Check out Drafts' pop-up at Eastwood Mall
Valentine's Day is the perfect opportunity to show your love and appreciation for your special someone. And what better way to do that than by giving them something meaningful that will also last a long time?
If you're still on the lookout for a perfect Valentine gift, Drafts, a one-stop shop for meaningful floral gifts and handcrafted keepsakes, is having a pop-up at Eastwood Mall until Feb. 15.
This dainty gift shop started in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. In an interview with PhilSTAR L!fe, Venice Camacho, one of the shop's owners, said they aimed to "bring people closer together during a time of distance and uncertainty."
"The name 'Drafts' comes from those unsent messages on our phones—the words we’ve written but never sent, the things we truly want to say. Through flowers, we help people finally express those feelings," she added.
Over the years, they have grown to love Eastwood and its vibrant community, so they were glad to have the opportunity to join the Valentine’s special. "It felt like the perfect moment to share joy, love, and connection through our everlasting flowers—especially in a place that already feels like home to us," Camacho shared.
In addition to their popular bouquets, they are bringing a selection of dried and preserved rose arrangements exclusively available at Eastwood. These limited pieces offer a unique twist on Valentine’s gifts, even if you’re picking them up at the last minute.
Floral arrangements start at P499 for a mini bouquet. If you opt for preserved flower arrangements, prices range from P1,399 to P4,499. A perfect, thoughtful gift that can last for years and fits different budgets.
A dried and preserved flower basket workshop will take place from Feb. 11 to 13, from 5 to 7 p.m. Participants will learn basic floristry techniques, proper handling of dried and preserved flowers, and create their own arrangements to take home. Although all workshop slots are fully booked, visitors are welcome to drop by to watch and learn.
Drafts’ Valentine’s pop-up is located on the G/F of Eastwood Mall, Atrium, and is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. They also offer same-day deliveries around Metro Manila, as well as shipping to provincial areas. Check out their Valentine’s catalogue here.
