The neighborhood coffee shop you’ve probably heard about has opened a spacious new spot at TriNoma Mall—perfect for a quick caffeine fix or a cozy pause between buses and trains.
Despite its humble start in 2022 at Estancia, Cooper’s quickly found its community. Known for its dedication to quality, creativity, and warm, approachable spaces, the brand has grown steadily into a chain with more than 10 locations across Metro Manila, including the new TriNoma branch.
The TriNoma space mirrors the warmth the brand is known for: cozy lighting, inviting interiors, and a welcoming atmosphere that encourages commuters and mall-goers to take a breather.
In a city full of coffee shops, Cooper’s stands out by taking its drinks seriously. Each cup starts from scratch with carefully selected beans, house-made syrups, and thoughtfully paired flavors. The result isn’t just coffee—it’s a flavor experience that feels familiar, comforting, and just a little unexpected.
Take the Brown Butter Latte, for example. Rich, nutty, and subtly sweet, it evokes the flavors of the pastries we grew up with, yet feels completely modern in its execution. The Ube Latte, paired with freshly made Ube Halaya, turns a classic Filipino favorite into a creamy, aromatic treat. Even staples like the mocha or classic latte carry subtle nuances, reflecting the care that goes into every step—from bean selection to the final pour.
Beyond its drinks, Cooper’s also offers a selection of crepes and sandwiches, making it an easy stop not just for coffee, but for a quick, satisfying bite in between errands or commutes.
