"As much as we want to hold on to things, we need to let them go to make room for new ones," the actress wrote in an Instagram post.
"At one point in my life, this was the 'dream' but as life happened, it brought me to places I wouldn’t have imagined," she added.
In a chat with PhilSTAR L!fe, Prats said that it's a semi-furnished unit located on the 24th floor of Acqua Private Residences. It's complete with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one utility room, and a kitchen that holds a wide countertop, which can double as a dining and prep table.
She shared that they have also remodeled the condo to have cupboards and drawers installed, as well as an air conditioner.
For the bedrooms, Prats said that they also recently put up new cabinets and Korean blinds. You'll also be able to access the balcony where you can drink in the sight of Rockwell Center.
The unit additionally comes with one parking slot just a hop away from the elevator.

Prats tied the knot with her grade school classmate, businessman VJ Yambao, in 2017 and were blessed with two kids, Nolan and Nala.
