Are Julia Barretto and Gerald Anderson pet parents to this dog?
Are Between Maybes stars Julia Barretto and Gerald Anderson the owners of Amari the St. Bernard? Could it be their way of outing to the public that they are now a couple?
Nothing's been confirmed yet, but the followers of @amarithestbernard show that both Barretto and Anderson are following this new account.
On the evening of Sunday, Jan. 10, Barretto posted a photo of herself with a Saint Bernard dog and captioned it, "Our sweet boy ? @amarithestbernard." Instagram fan pages @gerlia_love and @juralduniverse have shared the photo, tagging the rumored couple.
The photo was taken by well-known photographer Shaira Luna, who shared more pictures on her own Instagram page.
This is not the first time Barretto shared a photo with her dog. Last week, she posted a photo of her and Amari, and a mystery guy whose arms were showing on the car’s driver seat.
Fans are speculating that it might be Anderson, who was previously linked to her after filming Between Maybes in 2019. Some even did their own investigation and tried to piece everything together, showing photos of Anderson's arm and Barretto's polished nails.
Over the weekend, Barretto also made news after she subtly confirmed that she is in a relationship. In a TikTok video with her friends, Barretto had to choose between “single” and “taken,” “Pinoy and “AFAM,” “older” and “younger,” and “funny drunk” and “emotional drunk.”
The 23-year-old actress chose "taken," "AFAM" but one of her legs was also pointing to "Pinoy," "older," and "funny drunk," respectively.
