Clark International Airport lands spot among world’s top 6 for passenger arrivals

Clark International Airport was named one of the best in the world for arriving passengers.

The Airports Council International World listed the airport among five others from in its "Best Airports at Arrivals Globally" in their 2025 Airport Service Quality Customer Experience Awards.

Other airports under the distinction include Bahrain International Airport, Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport Lucknow, 
Kempegowda International AirPort, Bengaluru, Mangaluru International Airport, and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.

“To be named among the world’s Best Airports at Arrivals is a proud moment for Clark International Airport and for the Philippines. This recognition reflects the hard work of our team and partners who ensure that every passenger is welcomed with efficiency, comfort, and genuine Filipino hospitality," Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp president Noel Manankil said in a post on CIA's Facebook page.

According to its website, the ASQ Customer Experience Awards is "the world’s most credible recognition of airport excellence in customer experience." Presented yearly by ACI, the awards are grounded in real-time passenger data from ASQ’s globally standardized Departures and Arrivals Surveys.

More than 700,000 passengers are part of the annual ACQ survey. It measures passenger satisfaction & experience and help airports improve customer experience, service offerings, and non-aeronautical revenue.

In 2023, Clark International Airport was hailed one of the most beautiful airports according to Prix Versailles, a world architecture award presented by UNESCO.
