LOOK: The cast of ‘Running Man Philippines’ has started filming in South Korea
It looks like filming and production are underway for Running Man Philippines.
The cast of Running Man Philippines, the Pinoy adaptation of the hit Korean TV show, has started filming for the spinoff in South Korea, as seen on their social media platforms.
“FIRST LOOK: Ihanda n'yo na ang running shoes n'yo dahil nagsisimula na ang taping ng #RunningManPH sa South Korea,” Running Man Philippines wrote.
The spinoff’s social media platforms also showed a first look at the adaptation where the camera crew was seen filming the cast.
Running Man Philippines also uploaded a vlog showing the cast being welcomed by the Korean network Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS), the home of the original show.
“#Exclusive: Pilipinas, are you ready? Nag-umpisa na ang shoot ng Running Man Philippines sa South Korea! Tara at maki-Marites na sa aming behind-the-scenes video,” Running Man Philippines wrote.
To recall, the confirmed cast lineup of Running Man Philippines includes Glaiza De Castro, Ruru Madrid, Mikael Daez, Kokoy De Santos, Buboy Villar, Lexi Gonzales, and Angel Guardian.
The original Running Man is a variety show where the cast participate in funny and mundane challenges. The current cast includes TV host Yoo Jae-suk, Haha, Jee Seok-jin, Kim Jong-kook, actress Song Ji-hyo, Jeon So-min, and Yang Se-chan.
The show’s former members include Gary, TV personality Lee Kwang-soo, Descendants of the Sun and Vincenzo star Song Joong-ki, and former After School member Lizzy.
