Manon Bannerman of KATSEYE has shared an update after removing the global girl group's name from her Instagram bio.

On April 3, eagle-eyed social media users noticed that KATSEYE is no longer in Manon's IG bio. Following this, the artist addressed her fans via the fan platform Weverse.

"Thank you so much for all the love and support you've been sending my way. I'm really grateful for the patience and kindness everyone has shown during this time. HxG and I are having positive conversations and I feel supported. I'm happy and I'm healthy," she wrote in Weverse DMs.

"I'll share more soon. Thank you for always being there for me," she added.

Manon has been on a temporary hiatus since February to focus on her health. Their label HYBE underscored at the time that they fully support her decision, noting that KATSEYE remains committed to showing up for one another and for the fans who mean everything to them.

It was not specified when Manon will rejoin the group.

This isn't the first time that she has taken a break from group activities for health reasons. She previously skipped performing with the rest of KATSEYE at Summer Sonic in Tokyo last year.

KATSEYE was formed from the audition program The Debut: Dream Academy, under HYBE Labels in June 2024. Manon's co-members include Sophia Laforteza from the Philippines, Lara Raj, and Daniela Avanzini from the USA, Megan Skiendiel from Hawaii, and Jeung Yoonchae from South Korea.

The group is set to make their Coachella debut this month, where they are scheduled to perform on April 10 and again on April 17. They are also set to headline the 2026 Head in the Clouds Music & Arts Festival in Pasadena, California, on Aug. 8.

They are known for their hit songs Gabriela, Gnarly, Touch, Gameboy, Internet Girl, and more.
