WATCH: Coldplay's Chris Martin performs 'Raining in Manila' with Lola Amour
What a moment!
Chris Martin of Coldplay took some time to jam out to Raining in Manila with OPM band Lola Amour during the first day of their concert at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.
In an Instagram post late Jan. 19, the Pinoy group shared a video of Martin playing the piano and singing the first few lines of their hit song. "Chris Martin performed Raining in Manila," they wrote in the caption with the hashtag #ColdplayManila.
The international star then asked the local band to join him onstage and perform it with them. "So we also performed Raining in Manila with Chris Martin himself. Surreeeeaaaall," they said.
Best known for hit songs Fix You, The Scientist, among others, Coldplay is currently in Manila for a two-day concert from Jan. 19 to 20 as part of their Music of the Spheres World Tour.
They previously visited the country in 2017 for their concert tour for much-loved album A Head Full of Dreams.
