Do you have what it takes to be a global pop idol?

ABS-CBN's Star Hunt, MLD Entertainment, and KAMP Global have teamed up to create an idol survival show in search of a seven-member global boy group this September.

Per Korea JoongAng Daily, the survival show called Dream Maker will choose the final seven members from 77 contestants after a series of challenges. The series will reportedly follow the format of Korean survival shows and it will include a panel of mentors from the Philippines and Korea.

The top seven contestants will then continue to train in South Korea where they will be launched into the spotlight. Additional details are yet to be revealed.

The partnership was sealed by ABS-CBN TV Production Head Laurenti Dyogi, MLD Entertainment CEO Lee Hyung-jin, and KAMP Global CEO Tim Kim.

“The global influence of K-pop is growing everyday, and it is also time for the music in The Philippines to become global. We believe that this will be possible with a partner like MLD Entertainment,” Dyogi said.

Auditions are open to male contestants ages 13 to 22 years old with a talent for singing, dancing, and rapping. If you’re interested in making your P-pop dreams happen, take note of the following dates:
