'Nagmamahal, Charo:' Looking back on the crowd favorites and most iconic 'MMK' episodes of all time
"Nagmamahal, Charo."
We all grew up hearing those words said lovingly by Charo Santos at the end of each Maalala Mo Kaya (MMK) episode. And now that the ABS-CBN show has announced that it will be ending its run this December, fans are getting nostalgic.
After 31 years on air, Santos herself made the announcement through a personal message for the show's fans.
"Salamat po sa lahat ng nakaraan at sa anumang paraaan na maaari pa tayong muling magkita," the executive shared. "Ito po si Charo Santos, ang inyong tagahanga at tagapagkuwento."
Social media soon went abuzz with discussion and throwbacks on their personal favorite MMK episode and how the narrated life stories impacted theirs.
