The minds of Paramore fans may be put at ease as the American rock band teased its inclusion in an upcoming tribute album for New Wave act Talking Heads amid breakup speculations.

Paramore, in an Instagram post on Jan. 11, shared a video showing vocalist Hayley Williams unboxing a package as the opening notes of Burning Down the House plays. The camera shifts to guitarist Taylor York and drummer Zac Farro in the studio, before going back to Williams again as she holds a cassette of Talking Heads’ 1984 live album Stop Making Sense.

The video cuts to black and a text reads, “A Stop Making Sense tribute album” and “16 tracks by 16 artists.”

“Track 1: Paramore” can also be read, as its rendition of Burning Down the House plays.

Paramore was formed in 2004 and released its debut album All We Know is Falling in 2005.

It had its break with its 2007 sophomore album, Riot!.

Paramore’s latest album is This is Why, which was released in January this year.

Its hits include Misery BusinesscrushcrushcrushThat’s What You GetStill Into YouHard Times, and This is Why.

Last Dec. 15, Paramore on Instagram Story announced there's a "level of uncertainty" about its future after spending the year touring.

Days after that, it cleaned its social media pages and deleted its website, tugging at the heartstrings of fans.

Paramore’s Instagram and X no longer have any content, even as the profile pictures became generic gray icons.

Its Facebook page and YouTube channel, however, remained intact, though they no longer have profile pictures.

As for its website, the landing page currently reads, “404 Not Found. The requested URL was not found on this server.” In other instances, it reads, “Sorry, we couldn’t find that website. 404 Not Found.”

Talking Heads is considered to have helped pioneer New Wave. It's known for hits like Psycho Killer, This Must be a Place, Once in a Lifetime, and And She Was.
