Nintendo fans, get ready! Super Nintendo World is set to open in Universal Studios Singapore by 2030.

According to Sentosa Development Corporation, the next phase of its Greater Sentosa Masterplan includes launching the immersive Super Nintendo World on Sentosa Island in just over three years.

The man-made island has long been a tourist attraction, with the Singapore government touting it as the country's "Island Playground and Sanctuary in a Global City." Per the masterplan, over the next two decades, new iconic landmarks and experiences will be sprouting up across the island.

While there are few available details about the opening of the newest Super Nintendo World, eager fans may get a clue from the attraction's other iconic locations.

In Universal Studios Japan, the first-ever Super Nintendo World gives guests an immersive experience, which players of the first Mario video game especially appreciate. The themed area keeps the fun coming with Mario-themed food, a real-life Mario Kart ride, and multiple photo-op areas for your reels.

The Los Angeles version of the experience, in Universal Studios Hollywood, offers a similar Mario Kart ride, Toadstool Café restaurant, interactive mini-games, meet-and-greets with Mario characters, and souvenir shopping.

Its third incarnation, at Universal Epic Universe in Orlando, Florida, makes guests feel as if they've stepped into the vibrant world of Nintendo. Small, fun details like punching Question Blocks and actually hearing the familiar coin sound tickle long-time fans of Nintendo. Guests can stay all day in the quasi-theme park, which is laid out on multi-levels.

Super Nintendo World in Universal Studios Singapore will be the fourth installment of the fan-favorite attraction. Based on Sentosa's plans, which were revealed to the public in early July, Nintendo will be among the first new sites the public will get to experience at Resorts World Sentosa, where Universal Studios Singapore is located.

Upcoming attractions include the Imbiah Lookout Walk, an elevated forest canopy walk that will connect to the Sentosa walking trails. By the beach, Sensorium is set to become a multi-purpose venue with green spaces and indoor attractions, including a multi-purpose events venue.
