Netflix's 'Geeked Week' kicks off in November; teases 'Stranger Things Day,' 'Yu Yu Hakusho,' 'Squid Game: The Challenge'

Streaming giant Netflix announced that its annual Geeked Week—a seven-day celebration of its titles related to sci-fi, horror, fantasy, comics, and video games—will kick off in November.

"Brace yourselves for an epic week-long virtual celebration filled with debuts, news, first looks, behind-the-scenes secrets, merch drops, and more fun surprises from your favorite series, films, animation and games," Netflix said in a blog post.

Geeked Week starts on Nov. 6 which is also Stranger Things Day—the day the platform's hit sci-fi series' main character Will Byers went missing in 1983—and will run until Nov. 12.

Netflix also released a trailer featuring the shows Rebel Moon, Leave The World Behind, Squid Game: The Challenge, Yu Yu Hakusho, The Brothers Sun, Scott Pilgrim Takes Off, Ultraman Rising, Sonic Prime, One Piece, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and 3 Body Problem.

The trailer also showed a list of upcoming shows, including Orion and the Dark, Sweet Home, My Daemon, Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft, The Dragon Prince, Obliterated, Geyongseong Creature, Blue Eye Samurai, The Umbrella Academy, Damsel, Masters of the Universe: Revolution, Akuma Kun, Jurassic World: Chaos Theory, The Archies, Life on our Planet, Onmyoji, Code 8 Part II, and Exploding Kittens.

Geeked Week debuted in June 2021 and returned in June 2022.
