The first-ever Filipino-crafted Miss Universe crown has been revealed.

A few days before the 73rd Miss Universe tilt, the pageant organization gave a first look at the highly coveted crown that spotlights a rare golden South Sea pearl etched in the middle of sun rays.

"We proudly announce our new crown, the light of infinity," they captioned their post. "This is a new era, this is Miss Universe."

Philippines' Jewelmer, in a separate post, gave more details about the stunning crown dubbed the “Lumière de l’Infini” (The Light of Infinity). It has elegant curves on its band and overall body, adorned with white crystals and the country's national gem that “embodies the brilliance of our co-existence with Mother Nature.”

“The pinnacle of savoir-faire, this one-of-a-kind creation was handcrafted by Filipino master craftsmen, utilizing the traditional techniques practiced in Place Vendôme, the center of elegance in France,” the jewelry brand wrote in the caption.

The Miss Universe 2024 coronation night will be held on Nov. 17 (PH Time) in Arena CDMX, Mexico. Chelsea Manalo is vying for the country's fifth crown after Catriona Gray (2018), Pia Wurtzbach (2015), Margie Moran (1973), and Gloria Diaz (1969).

The organization will also introduce a new format for the grand coronation night. Instead of 20 semifinalists, 30 will advance to the next round. Meanwhile, four continental queens and one fan-vote winner will be announced at the end of the preliminaries, automatically securing their spots in the semifinals.

The Top 12 will then compete in the evening gown competition, followed by the final five facing the judges in the Q&A round. Ultimately, the night will culminate in the crowning of the new Miss Universe and her court.
