BINI has been generating a lot of buzz on social media, even becoming the #1 trending topic on X, since they made their Coachella debut on Saturday morning, April 11 (Philippine time).

The nation's girl group—consisting of Maloi, Aiah, Colet, Jhoanna, Stacey, Mikha, Gwen, and Sheena—made history as the first Filipino act to perform at the music festival. They impressed the crowd with electrifying performances of their hits like Salamin, Salamin and Pantropiko as well as their new song Blush, which they performed live for the first time.

Celebrities and personalities joined the P-pop group and their supporters in celebrating their feat online.

On BINI's social media post about their Coachella performance, Michelle Dee commented raising hands emojis, which are usually used to "celebrate success or another joyous event."

On her Instagram story, Bianca Gonzalez-Intal posted a photo of her TV screen showing BINI's set, commenting: "GO BINI!!!!!!" with flower and Philippine flag emojis.

KC Concepcion, meanwhile, left a comment on a clip of the girl group's performance at the fest: "Screaming."

Dogshow Divas, consisting of Baus Rufo and Macoy Dubs, also congratulated BINI in an IG post. They jokingly made reference to the "Market! Market! Theory," which says that you know an individual or a group will be big someday when they hold a mall show at the said establishment. "They've made it," the duo captioned their post.

Bretman Rock witnessed BINI make history live at this year's Coachella. He shared some IG stories showing the group on stage, with the text: "Binichella duhhh."

Robi Domingo didn't miss the event and watched BINI's set from the comfort of his home. He shared a video of his TV screen showing a portion of the group's Pantropiko performance on his IG stories. "Oh shux! Pantropiko on the Coachella stage," he wrote.

Tonet Jadaone also expressed her pride in the Pinoy group on social media. "SALAMIN SALAMIN , FILIPINO SONGS, FILIPINO LYRICS ON COACHELLA???????? NAKAKAIYAKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!" she wrote on X.

Jeff Benjamin—a multi-award-winning journalist whose works have been published on Forbes, The New York Times, and Variety—made a series of tweets about BINI's performance with a special mention for each member.

BINI is returning to the Coachella stage on April 17. Other performers include big names in the international music scene like Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, The Strokes, and Addison Rae.
