Hadouken! Seiko unleashes line of Street Fighter watches
Seiko just announced their latest collaboration with Capcom’s Street Fighter V, the latest edition of the world-famous one-one-one fighting game. First released in 1987, Street Fighter is a leading fighting game in the esports field, played and viewed by millions worldwide.
Fans of the video game who have cash to burn will want to get their hands on these rare pieces, which will be limited to only 9,999 pieces per design.
The Seiko 5 Sports collection features six models inspired by the game‘s most iconic characters throughout the series: Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Guile, Zangief and Blanka.

Each timepiece draws colors and inspiration from their respective character, with designs bearing specific character references and trademarks.
Ryu’s red, white and black timepiece reflects his classic "do-gi" Judo uniform with rugged touches referencing his tough fighting style. The classic combination of blue and gold with spike bracelet stud details brings Chun-Li's iconic dress to life. The military camouflage-patterned dial, patches and dogtags are very representative of Guile. Special character moves like “Hadoken” and "Shoryuken" are discreetly printed on the case backs.
The Seiko x Street Fighter Collection will be available worldwide at Seiko Boutiques and selected retail partners, including local partners in the Phillippines this September.
The official retail price, according to the Seiko Philippines Facebook page, is P23,000.
