LOOK: Google's stylish new intelligent eyewear can translate in real-time, help you navigate

Looking for stylish AI glasses? Google and Samsung's upcoming collaboration may just fit the bill.

The two tech giants have teamed up to launch new intelligent eyewear at Google's annual developer conference on May 20. These glasses aren't just smart—they're sleek, too, as they've been made with popular eyewear labels Gentle Monster and Warby Parker.

The new eyewear, which is designed to work hand in hand with your phone, comes in two types: audio glasses that offer spoken help in your ear and display glasses that show you the information you need.

These glasses are also AI-ready, as you can simply say "Hey Google," or tap on the side of the frame to use Gemini, the tech site's AI assistant. You can then ask it to help with tasks like making and answering calls, sending texts, and summarizing missed messages.

One task you can do with the glasses is to ask about what you see. For instance, it can pull up reviews about a restaurant you're looking at and decode a confusing parking sign. It's also equipped to help you with navigation. It can give you turn-by-turn directions based on where you're standing.

Additionally, users get real-time translation via audio, so you can understand different languages, and via visuals—just look at a menu or any sign, and you'll hear a translation.

With the help of Gemini, the smart glasses can handle tasks like preparing your coffee order and booking a ride, all while your phone stays in your pocket.

The Gentle Monster frames feature oblong frames with tinted lenses—they'll blend seamlessly with any fashionable outfit.

On the other hand, the Warby Parker design looks more classic specs with thick frames that also look stylish.

The first collections of eyewear are set to launch in the fall in select markets.
