'Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse' live concert is coming to Manila in December
Gear up, Miles Morales fans, as your friendly Brooklyn-based Spider-Man is set to swing to Manila for the Philippine leg of "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" live concert this December.
On Nov. 22, local event organizer Wilbros Live announced that it is bringing the "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse Live in Concert" to the Samsung Hall of SM Aura Premier on Dec. 30, 3 p.m.
Fans can expect to catch Miles, Peter Parker, and other Spider-Heroes "on a whole new level this holiday season" with the 2019 Academy Award-winning film playing on a big screen and a live orchestra performing its soundtrack.
What's even better, the performances will include electronic turntables and percussion to create the real-life version of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse's hip-hop soundtrack by Emmy Award winner Daniel Pemberton.
The setlist will also feature songs like Sunflower by Post Malon, Familia by Nicki Minaj, and What’s Up Danger by Blackway & Black Caviar.
The Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse live concert kicked off with its first show on Aug. 27 in Jacksonville, Florida, and has been running across more than 60 cities to date.
Those attending the Philippine leg can start web-shooting tickets on Nov. 25 through SM Tickets outlets and its website here. Prices have yet to be announced.
