'Deleter' to stream on Prime Video on March 16
Award-winning techno-horror film Deleter starring Nadine Lustre will stream on Prime Video on March 16.
"May mga bagay na sadyang 'di mabubura sa internet... at sa konsensya," Prime Video wrote in a Facebook post on March 10.
Deleter follows online content moderator Lyra (Lustre) who witnessed the suicide video of one of her workmates.
Authorities reach out to her for information about her friend's death, only to say that she cannot help them.
A mysterious presence eventually haunts her, even as she tries to deal with her desensitizing and dreary job.
Deleter premiered at the Metro Manila Film Festival. It won several awards, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Visual Effects, Best Editing, Best Cinematography, and Best Sound.
It is directed by Mikhail Red, who's also at the helm of the award-winning Birdshot and Eerie.
Other cast members include Louise Delos Reyes, McCoy De Leon, and Jeffrey Hidalgo.
Deleter premiered in the United States and the United Arab Emirates last January.
