'BTS Monuments: Beyond the Star' docuseries to premiere on Disney+ in December

More is defintely "yet to come" for ARMYS, as BTS is set to release its much-awaited docuseries on Disney+ this December.

On Tuesday, Nov. 21, Disney+ Philippines took to social media to unveil the first trailer and poster for the docuseries titled BTS Monuments: Beyond the Star. 

"A decade with RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook. Go Behind The Scenes with BTS in #BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star. A docuseries available exclusively on #DisneyPlusPH, December 20," the streaming platform captioned its post.

Produced in collaboration with HYBE, the eight-part docuseries will document the journey of the K-pop supergroup, from their debut in 2013 with the album 2 Cool 4 Skool to how they rose to global stardom and achieved record-breaking milestones throughout their 10-year career.

The show will also provide ARMYs an even closer look at BTS, with never-before-seen performances, behind-the-scene moments, and in-depth interviews where the members will share their thoughts about their premiere in America, speech at the UN, and plans for their second chapter.

Fans can also expect the appearance of other familiar faces, including HYBE Chairman and BTS' "PD-nim," Bang Si Hyuk.

The launch of BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star comes a year after Disney first announced the show during its Content Showcase in Singapore on Nov. 10, 2022.

BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star will start streaming on Disney+ on Dec. 20, with two new episodes dropping on the streaming platform every Wednesday.
