Ailee is reportedly dating 'Single's Inferno' contestant Choi Si-hun
Singer Ailee has reportedly started a romance with actor Choi Si-hun, who is known for being a cast member in the Netflix reality television series Single's Inferno.
Local media outlet News1 was the first one to report that the music artist based in South Korea is dating Si-hun, who appeared in the first season of Single's Inferno.
The rumors were eventually confirmed by Ailee’s agency, A2Z Entertainment, when they issued a statement on behalf of the singer.
"It is true that Ailee is dating Choi Si-hun," the agency stated, according to a report by Soompi.
While her partner's identity has been kept under wraps until now, it is already public knowledge that Ailee has been off the market since March earlier this year after her agency confirmed a STARNEWS report that she is dating a "non-celebrity boyfriend" and is considering tying the knot with him soon.
"Ailee is currently dating a non-celebrity man, whom she was introduced to by her acquaintance, with the goal of getting married next year," A2Z Entertainment stated.
"Ailee plans to deliver good news to her fans directly as soon as she is ready. We ask that you show support and look upon their relationship with warmth," they added.
Apart from Single's Inferno, a reality show where participants co-live on an island to find the love of their lives, Si-hun also starred in a number of Korean dramas. These include I Started Following Romance, Clumsy Love, and The New Employee.
Ailee, meanwhile, made her debut in 2012 with the single Heaven and went on to make a string of hits in the succeeding years such as U&I, Don't Touch Me, and Evening Sky. She also lent her voice to the soundtracks of popular Korean dramas, such as Goblin and Alchemy of Souls.
