LOOK: Alden Richards, Darren Espanto, and other celebrities at Kathryn Bernardo's housewarming party
Kathryn Bernardo celebrated her new home with a bang as she held a housewarming party with her close celebrity friends in attendance.
Her new home, which she shares with her family, began construction in August 2021. The actress shared a glimpse at her dream abode in January as it neared completion.
The new house and pieces inside it were worked on by sculptor Jinggoy Buensuceso, Lino Architecture, and Neat Obsessions.
One guest at Kathryn's housewarming that had the internet buzzing was her Hello, Love, Goodbye co-star Alden Richards, who was captured alongside the actress in many videos and photos of others at the party.
In one Instagram story by Priscilla Tañedo, Alden is seen grabbing drinks from the bar with Kathryn and later holding a tray with glasses for other guests. In other clips, the actor was smiling and laughing while watching the party host dancing.
Designer Mark Bumgarner also partied and posed with other guests as well as Ria Atayde and Dimples Romana.
Chie Filomeno, Darren Espanto, Loisa Andalio, and Maymay Entrata bust out some moves as they danced to BINI's Pantropiko at the party. Robi Domingo, who was at the party with his wife Maiqui Pineda, later joined them.
"Congrats on everything, Ate! Love you!" Darren wrote in an Instagram story.
Darren also got together with his Can't Buy Me Love co-stars Chie, Alora Sasam, and Kakai Bautista, joking about who killed Divine in the series.
Some of the stars at Kathryn's housewarming party were also at her 28th birthday celebration in El Nido, Palawan. During the remote beach gathering, Alden surprised the A Very Good Girl star with a huge bouquet.
He later spoke about questions regarding the real score between him and Kathryn: "What you see is what you get."
"Masaya naman 'yung naging experience and you can see how happy Kath is right now," Alden said.
"Hindi lang din talaga kailangan lagi ipamalita sa social media 'yung mga ganyan. You know sometimes, 'yung mga personal things that's happening, better be personal na lang," he added.
