Amber Heard disapproves of Elon Musk sharing her ‘private’ cosplay pic

Amber Heard apparently did not give former flame Elon Musk the go signal to share a picture of her in cosplay.

According to an insider, the actress said the photo was meant to be kept in a “private” context.

On Tuesday, the Tesla CEO took to X (formerly Twittter) to confirm a line from Walter Isaacson's recently published biography of him, saying Amber dressing up in cosplay was "awesome."

A day later, he responded to the same tweet with the controversial photo, which featured Amber dressed as the video game character Mercy from “Overwatch.”

The photo in question shows the Aquaman star dressed in a tight latex body suit with matching metallic wings and a gold halo headpiece. It quickly amassed millions of views and tens of thousands of likes. 

Amber, according to Page Six, has been hurt by his action given that “Elon asked her several times to speak to Walter” for the book, a request she granted “out of respect for Elon.” 

In his new biography Elon Musk, Walter detailed how Amber showed dedication as the sexy outfit took months to complete.

The writer said that the actress allegedly “spent two months designing and commissioning a head-to-toe costume after the tech mogul said she resembled the blond support hero."

Elon and Amber dated on and off for a year beginning in 2017 after the latter filed for divorce from Johnny Depp.

Elon took to social media to reveal the reason behind the breakup, citing LDR as a cause.

"Although Amber and I did break up, we are still friends, remain close and love one another,” he wrote. “Long-distance relationships when both partners have intense work obligations are always difficult, but who knows what the future holds.”
