Moira Dela Torre postpones solo concert until 2027
Moira Dela Torre's first-ever solo concert, originally scheduled for Oct. 4, has been postponed to 2027.
Local promoter Ovation Productions announced that the "MOIRA: Where It All Started" concert will no longer push through on Sunday at SM Mall of Asia Arena.
More details about the new date and other updates have yet to be announced.
To request a refund, the concert promoter said you can contact Ticketmaster customer support directly or through the Ticketmaster website.
"We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause," it said. "Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope to see you next year!"
The show's ticket prices range from P1,750 to P8,850. Ovations earlier announced that the box regular seats are sold out.
During the press conference ahead of the supposed Oct. 4 show, Moira addressed her falling-out with some showbiz friends, more than a year after they unfollowed her on Instagram.
The singer denied doing anything that prompted the unfollows and dismissed claims that she talked behind their backs. While she chose not to reveal details, she admitted she may have hurt them during a difficult period and took responsibility for her part in the fallout.
She also firmly denied rumors that she was involved in Sam Milby and Catriona Gray’s breakup.
The singer-songwriter’s first solo show was named after Where It All Started, the opening track of her latest release, I'm Okay (Deluxe), the expanded edition of her 2024 album.
The deluxe album features acoustic versions of select tracks and collaborations with Ben&Ben, Parokya ni Edgar, Johnoy Danao, AJ Rafael, and Adie.
