Miss World Philippines 2022 Gwendolyne Fourniol needs our help!

The Filipina-French beauty queen is asking her fellow Filipinos to help her secure the Miss World Multimedia Award. The winner of the said award will automatically advance to the finals at the 71st edition of the Miss World pageant, to be held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, India on March 9.

“This edition of Miss World is full of surprises and I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s announcement,” Gwendolyne wrote.

The 71st edition of Miss World is set to make its grand return to India in March—nearly three decades since it was last held in the country in 1996.

The pageant will gather 140 delegates from all over the world and have them participate in various philanthropic activities, as well as competitions that will showcase their "talents, intelligence, and compassion."

Gwendolyne is vying to become the next Filipina titleholder at Miss World after Megan Young, the first-ever Pinay winner in 2013.
