Hailey Bieber seemingly asks fans to stop leaving ‘nasty comments’ on Selena Gomez’s posts

Hailey Bieber asked her fans to stop leaving mean comments on social media posts, seemingly referring to Selena Gomez.

In her now-expired Instagram story, the 26-year-old model wrote: “If you’re leaving mean or rude comments on my behalf on anyone’s posts, just know that I don’t want that, nor do I ever or will I ever support or condone hateful, mean, or nasty comments.”

Hailey said she doesn’t see it as a form of support for her as it only contributes to online hate. “Doing that is not supporting me. If you are participating in that, you are a part of a culture that I don’t want no part of.”

“Please be nice or don’t say anything,” she added.

According to reports, her IG story comes after Selena’s latest posts on Instagram were flooded with hateful remarks. Some bashers called her “irrelevant” and “jealous” of Hailey, while others accused her of “playing the victim” and being the “master of manipulation" in the comment thread.

Hailey tied the knot with Justin Bieber in 2018. She’s being pitted against Selena, the latter’s ex-girlfriend, as fans speculated that there was an overlap between their relationships.

The two have been repeatedly stressing that all is well between them for years now. They even posed for a photo together at the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles in October 2022.

Selena also spoke about the death threats being sent to Hailey amid their rumored feud in March, saying: “This isn’t what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying. I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop."
