'The world is healing:' Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber delight fans with beaming photo together

It looks like there's no feud at all.

Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez have rocked the internet with a new photo showcasing themselves smiling happily together, officially putting an end to the rumors that there's still bad blood between them over Justin Bieber.

During the 2022 Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles over the weekend, the two could be seen posing cheek-to-cheek in photos shared by Tyrell Hampton.

"plot twist," Hampton wrote.

Gomez and Bieber have long been said to be crossing swords after the 25-year-old model married Selena's ex, Justin Bieber, shortly after the pair ended their relationship in 2018.

Just this Sept. 28, Hailey spoke about the allegations that she "stole" Justin on the Call Me Daddy podcast.

"Okay, let’s just put it this way: When he and I ever started hooking up or like, anything of that sort, he was not ever in a relationship ever at any point," the model said

"I would just never do that. I was raised better than that. I’m not interested in doing that, and I never was," Hailey said. "I think that there are situations where you can still kind of have back and forth with someone but even that was not the situation. Like I can say, period point blank, I was never with him when he was in a relationship with anybody. That’s the end of it."

She added that she was aware that Justin and Selena were in a public on-again, off-again relationship, however, she had been erratically dating Justin back in 2018 as well.

It had been the first time that the model had spoken about the drama after four years of her marriage with Bieber.

Meanwhile, Gomez also alluded to showing kindness amid the airing of the podcast episode: "I think some of the things that I don’t even need to be aware of are just vile and disgusting," Selena shared during a TikTok live.

"And it's not fair because no one ever should be spoken to in the manner that I've seen. It’s incredibly ironic that I would release something that’s all about kind words ’cause that’s exactly what I want."

Now, it seems that the "he said, she said" allegations can rest and fans have taken to social media to express their delight.
