Sen. Win Gatchalian says 'no fake news' will split him and Bianca Manalo apart
Sen. Win Gatchalian is standing by Bianca Manalo amid rumors linking the latter to Rob Gomez, saying that "no fake news" will split them apart.
In a post on his personal Instagram page, the politician shared some snaps of the Christmas gift he received from Sen. Sonny Angara and his wife Tootsy. "[Bianca] and I share the same values and principles in life," he wrote in the caption. "No fake news will divide us apart."
This comes a few days after the beauty queen and actress was involved in an alleged cheating controversy with Rob. Screenshots of her Instagram and Telegram messages for the actor were posted on his social media pages last week, implying that they planned to hang out in secret.
Bianca, in an Instagram post, denied the rumors and stressed that she and Rob are just “friends and co-workers.” She expressed how “upsetting” it is that their messages got leaked without her consent, calling it a “breach of privacy” and the “cause of so much online bashing.”
She also noted that it’s obvious that parts of their conversation were deleted “to create malicious insinuations.”
Bianca has been in a longtime relationship with Sen. Gatchalian. The two became tight-lipped about their romance until November 2019, when they celebrated their first anniversary together.
Rob shares an eight-month-old daughter named Amelia with beauty queen Shaila Rebortera, who, in August this year, accused him of physically and verbally abusing her. She has since separated from the actor and has been living with their daughter.
Aside from Bianca, screenshots of Rob having an alleged affair with Herlene Budol also went viral online. The messages also implied they were expecting a baby, which Herlene recently addressed on X.
Bianca, Herlene, and Rob are co-stars in GMA 7 series Magandang Dilag.
