Herlene Budol reacts to rumors linking her to Rob Gomez: 'Bakit ako nakaladkad?'

Herlene Budol has briefly reacted to the rumors that she is expecting a baby with her Magandang Dilag leading man Rob Gomez.

On Dec. 20, the actress and pageant titleholder asked the public why she was dragged into the issue.

"Bakit ako nakaladkad?" she wrote on X.

"Showbiz nga talaga! Pag dedicated ka sa trabaho. gagawan ka ng issue! Dati asa #wowowin gumawa ng issue na buntis daw ako. Ngayon naman sa #MagandangDilag may issue uli na buntis ako uli? Ano susunod? Sa #BlackRider mabubuntis ako uli?" she said in another tweet.

She did not, however, address the cheating rumors.

This comes after screenshots of Gomez's supposed conversations with Budol and actress Bianca Manalo were leaked on Rob's own Instagram page, prompting rumors of infidelity. It is unknown if the images were edited or tampered with in some way.

Gomez previously kept his family a secret from the public, saying in his interviews that he was single.

His wife, Shaila Rebortera eventually revealed in August this year that they already have an eight-month-old daughter named Amelia as she accused Gomez of physically and verbally abusing her. She has since separated from the actor and has been living with their daughter.

In August, Gomez posted a lengthy message on Instagram saying losing his wife and baby is not an option.

"You are not an option for me to lose. I can’t wait to have you both back in my arms. I’m sorry I said yes to being single when I’m not. I promise to keep my promises to you this time," he wrote.
