Taylor Swift's personal trainer bared The Tortured Poets Department singer's workout routine for the Eras Tour is so hard, it could make some people "throw up" or "have to lay down on the floor."

Dogpound Gym founder Kirk Myers told Vogue how the singer-songwriter gets in shape for her three-hour show. "I'm ready to be known as 'Taylor Swift's trainer.' I don't think there's a cooler title out there."

Kirk added that Taylor's workout routine is "tailored" and treated with a mindset "like a professional athlete."

"When she's not touring, we're in the gym up to six days a week for sometimes two hours a day," he said, adding that they focus on strength, conditioning, and targeting her core to help her with singing and dancing.

The personal trainer also shared that the pop star would also train during the tour for maintenance, stability, mobility, and biomechanics.

On why the workouts are hard, Kirk told Vogue it's because Taylor's concert is intense physically.

"Imagine doing that three, four days in a row and then you finally have a few days off and you're still showing up to the gym. That's Taylor."

He added that some people might not be able to handle the Midnights singer's routine.

"Some people would probably throw up or have to lay down on the floor if they trained like her," he said.

In addition to Taylor, Kirk also has other celebrity clients including Hugh Jackman, Tom Holland, Jacob Elordi, and Patrick Schwarzenegger.

Taylor recently released her 11th album, The Tortured Poets Department, which has a total of 31 songs.
