Janna Dominguez reveals 20-year-old daughter Yzabel Ablan's cause of death

Janna Dominguez revealed that the daughter of her current partner Mickey Ablan died due to sudden heart failure and lung infection. She was 20.

The actress disclosed Yza's cause of death in an Instagram post. "For those who are asking, our daughter passed away because of a sudden heart failure and lung infection," she wrote.

"Sa sobrang ayaw niyang nakaka-abala ng ibang tao, hindi nya sinabi sa amin mga nararamdaman niya," she said.

Janna said Yza consulted with her doctor the day before her death and they thought everything was going to be okay. "Nagpa-checkup siya the day before and doctor gave her meds na kaya iniisip namin, okahy na. Then bigla na lang ganon."

Yza was at her condo in Manila when she suddenly had breathing difficulties.

"Kasama niya Yaya Ate Lyn niya that time. Ate Lyn called us kaya dumiretso na kami agad ng Manila. Pero wala, after multiple attempts to revive her, wala na talaga. God called her back home na," she recalled.

"We love you, our Chabelits, so much," she added.

Janna announced Yza's death on social media on Sunday, Oct. 8. “It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved Yzabel Ablan. She has touched so many lives and she has been an inspiration to many,” she said. 

Yza’s wake will take place until Oct. 12 in Angeles, Pampanga.

"We invite those who wish to pay their respects and celebrate her life to visit. Knowing Yza, it will mean a lot to her," Janna added.

Yza is Mickey's daughter from a previous relationship. He married actress Iwa Moto in 2009, but eventually separated.

Mickey is now with Janna, with whom he shares three children.
