BINI just set Coachella ablaze again with a powerful performance for weekend 2!

The Nation’s Girl Group kicked off their April 18 set (Philippine time) with a high-octane performance of Strings at the Mojave stage.

Emerging in intricate blue-and-black ensembles paired with shimmering silver knee-high boots, the group stunned the crowd with a mid-song reveal, transitioning into sleek metallic pink crop tops and mini skirts.

Other songs on the setlist are: Zero Pressure, Out of My Head, Karera, Salamin, Salamin, Blink Twice, Cherry on Top, Blush, Bikini, and Pantropiko.

BINI was announced as part of the Coachella 2026 lineup last September. Other performers include big names in the international music scene like Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, The Strokes, and Addison Rae.

Their historic April 10 performance earned high praise from fellow Filipino stars, who lauded the group for representing the Philippines and making history as the first Filipino act in the festival’s lineup.

Senator Bam Aquino even filed Under Senate Resolution No. 370 to commend BINI as their historic debut in Coachella 2026 "exemplified excellence and brought pride to the nation."

“BINI's participation in Coachella underscores the growing potential of the Philippine creative economy, demonstrating how Filipino talent can generate global demand, create economic opportunities, and strengthen the country’s presence in the global cultural and creative landscape," the resolution read.

He noted that the P-pop girl group showcased Filipino pride through the use of salakot, tropical-inspired attire, and in incorporating traditional music and other native elements.

Consisting of members Mikha, Aiah, Maloi, Jhoanna, Colet, Sheen Gwen, and Stacey, the group debuted in 2021 with Born to Win. They grew more popular in 2023 and 2024 as their songs Pantropiko, Salamin, Salamin, Karera, and more went viral online. This led to them being dubbed the nation's girl group.
