Buboy Villar’s ex slams actor’s claims on child support

Trigger warning: This article contains mentions of physical abuse.

Buboy Villar's ex-girlfriend Angillyn Gorens has accused the actor of lying about providing a large amount of financial support for their children. She also claimed that Villar was using marijuana.

Gorens' new statements came after Villar's interview with Boy Abunda, where he discussed his promise of giving a total of P120,000 every month as financial support for his two kids with Gorens.

He noted, "Wala po itong legal. Ito ay napag-usapan namin. Ayun po 'yung gusto ni Angillyn."

However, he said this proved to be a challenge due to having an unstable income in showbiz.

"Hindi po ako perfect diyan sa pagbibigay talaga ng sustento, kasi po bilang isang artista, hindi naman po ako palaging merong regular. Minsan po eh nagkukulang talaga kasi talo talaga sa trabaho... so doon po nagra-range, P45,000 to P60,000," Villar explained, adding that he would disclose his shortcomings to Gorens' parents.

On the issue that he was physically abusive towards her, the local star once again insisted that he never laid a finger on her.

"Pananakal, panununtok, hindi ko kayang gawin 'yun. Hindi ko po magagawa sa kanya 'yun," the actor said, arguing that he was not responsible for Gorens' bruises that she posted photos of on social media.

"Alam niya kung saan galing talaga 'yung pasa na 'yun at hindi po galing sa'kin 'yun. Ni kahit kailan, hindi pumasok sa isipan ko po na ilagay ang aking mga kamay sa kanya or saktan siya. Hindi ko po gagawin 'yun, napakalabo. Mahal na mahal ko po 'yung mga anak ko," he stressed.

On her Facebook account, Gorens asserted that Villar's statements during the interview were lies as she accused him of using prohibited drugs when they were together, leading to his supposed violent tendencies.

"Ginagawa mo pa akong sinungaling at baliw? Nakakalimutan mo na bang sinasaktan mo ako lalo 'pag wala kang marijuana?" she claimed.

"Galit na galit ka at wala ka sa ayos. 'Pag wala kang ganon, nag-aaway tayo kasi panahon ni Duterte, natatakot ako na matokhang ka. I-deny mo ha?" she added, referring to former president Rodrigo Duterte's bloody campaign against drugs.

Gorens further slammed Villar's claim regarding the financial support he was giving them.

"Napakasinungaling mo. Kelan ka nag bigay ng P120,000? Gusto ko i-comment mo dito or i-post mo 'yung proof mo na nag-bigay ka ng P120,000 na sustento," she said.

"Bakit hindi mo rin na-mention na one and a half year, zero pesos binigay mo at napakarami mong utang sa mama ko na sinasabi mo babayaran mo pero 'di na pinabayad sa'yo. Nagmumuka kaming pera sa'yo, kapal ng mukha my goodness," she continued.

Gorens and Villar met in 2015 and entered a relationship the following year, when they also started living together and got engaged.

The pair's sudden dispute comes after the actor formally introduced his non-showbiz girlfriend, Khrizza Mae Sampiano, on his podcast Your Honor, which he co-hosts with Tuesday Vargas. He also revealed that they now have a three-month-old baby boy named Kyruz.
