Documents show TikTok star Joshua Blackledge died by suicide at 16

The cause of death of TikToker Joshua Blackledge, who passed away in March at 16 years old, has been revealed.
Documents exclusively obtained by Us Weekly showed that Blackledge died by suicide.
The entertainment outlet reported that a teddy bear, paper note, and a photo were found at the scene. No drugs were discovered there.
Per Us Weekly, his family said in the official records that Blackledge "exhibited behavioral changes" before his death.
An obituary posted by Noe-Brooks Funeral Home stated that he passed away on March 18 at his home. He had a "celebration of life" last March 23 at Camp Albemarle in Newport.
Blackledge had over a million followers on TikTok, where he became known for his lip-syncing videos as well as car content.
According to the obit, he was a junior at West Carteret High School, where he also played wrestling and track.
"He had a passion for the outdoors and loved being around water, whether fishing or boating with friends. He also had a love for cars and trucks," it added.
