Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck reportedly sell house amid divorce rumors
Rumors about Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck persist as the couple has reportedly put up for sale their marital home.
Sources told TMZ that Jennifer and Ben, who married in 2022, are using a realtor, Santiago Arana from The Agency, to assist with selling the mansion they bought together in May 2023.
Arana has been said to have been showing the home, which is going for about $65 million), to potential buyers for two weeks.
Before this, the Daily Mail reported that their Beverly Hills house popped up on listings on the real estate site Zillow for $60,850,000 (~P3.5 billion).
Several outlets, including TMZ and Entertainment Tonight, have said that Jennifer and Ben are living separately at the moment, with the Atlas actress "already looking" for a new house.
The couple had been hounded by breakup rumors earlier in May after Ben was spotted staying at a different house in Los Angeles while Jennifer appeared at the Met Gala alone.
However, the speculations were seemingly put to rest after the two were seen together to attend Ben's 15-year-old child Fin's school play.
Ben and Jennifer, or "Bennifer," began dating back in 2002 and were engaged until they broke it off in 2004. They started their own families with other partners.
The couple reunited in 2021 and married in an intimate ceremony in Las Vegas and a formal affair in Georgia in 2022.
They bought their Beverly Hills home, which sits in an exclusive six-acre promontory, in 2023 for $60,850,000. According to TMZ, the mansion houses 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, 15 fireplaces, a cinema, a wine room, a whiskey lounge, a spa, and a 5,000-square-foot sports facility.
