Sandara Park launches own label ARADNAS
Sandara Park is set to make her music comeback under her own new label ARADNAS.
In a statement shared by Korean entertainment outlet Soompi on Monday, June 8, ARADNAS said that the singer is "making a new beginning" with them. ARADNAS is "Sandara" spelled backwards.
ARADNAS revealed Park's upcoming single album titled rePRISM, which will be released on June 20.
"Starting with this, she plans to continue various activities, including festivals, fan concerts, and an Asia fan concert tour," it said.
Three days ago, Park announced her fan-con Asia tour that will start on July 4 at YES24 Live Hall in Seoul. Other stops have yet to be revealed.
Park launched her career in the Philippines in 2004 by joining the reality talent show Star Circle Quest. She later got into acting and singing.
When she returned to her home country, South Korea, she signed with YG Entertainment and rose to fame as part of the powerhouse girl group 2NE1. It debuted in 2009 and became known for various hits like Fire and I Don't Care prior to their disbandment in 2016.
Park launched her first solo album in July 2023.
