Jennifer Lawrence reacts to rumors she had plastic surgery
Did Jennifer Lawrence go under the knife?
In a conversation with Kylie Jenner for Interview Magazine, the actress denied the plastic surgery speculations and stressed that it’s her makeup that makes her look different.
"I think it's incredible what makeup can do because I work with Hung," she said, referring to makeup artist Hung Vanggo.
“I call him a plastic surgeon because everybody in the last few months since I've been working with him is convinced that I had eye surgery,” she continued. "I'm like, 'I didn't have eye surgery. I'm doing makeup.' Apparently, I've had full plastic surgery."
The 33-year-old star also noted that aging has affected her look through the years—just like everyone else.
“I started at 19, so I get the before and after pictures from when I'm 19 to 30," she opened up. "Andi I'm like, 'I grew up. I lost baby weight in my face, and my face changed because I'm aging.'"
"Everybody thought I had a nose job, and I'm like, 'I've had the exact same nose. My cheeks got smaller. Thank you for bringing it up,'" she said.
This is the first time that Jennifer addressed the cosmetic surgery claims.
Kylie has also long been the subject of the same issue. She admitted to getting a boob job at 19, but consistently shut down rumors she had plastic surgery on her "whole face."
