What to know about Nicole + Felicia, the makers of the rose dress Anne Curtis wore to the ABS-CBN Ball
Anne Curtis has long established herself as a style queen with an eye for gorgeous dresses, which is why it came as no surprise that she was named one of the best dressed at the recently concluded ABS-CBN Ball by fashion magazines Mega and Metro.
The It's Showtime host was a vision in red as she graced the event in a strapless dress adorned with delicate rose-shaped details. The whole look was completed with some ruby drop earrings and chunky rings.
In an interview with Gretchen Fullido, the actress said that she wanted to switch things up by tapping Taiwanese sisters Nicole and Felicia Chang of Nicole + Felicia for her ensemble.
“I really was drawn to them as designers because it is spring bloom nga, and they’re known for their blooming roses. So, I reached out to them. Of course, I have my friends who are stylists, but I did it by myself and reached out to them, and they made me this piece," she said.

Want to ooze the same style as Anne? The gorgeous red dress is currently up for sale on the clothing brand's website. Its description reads, "This red strapless dress features a sleek column silhouette, accentuated by oversized, sculptural roses encircling the hips for a dramatic and artistic touch. The unique floral detail adds a statement-making element to the minimalist design."
If you have some money to spare, you can get the dress for 44,594 New Taiwan Dollars (P77,231).
While they don't ship directly to the Philippines, they have a flagship store in Taipei and cater to international clients through email, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
Anne isn't the only celebrity who has worn exquisite creations from Nicole + Felicia. Taylor Swift previously wore not one but three ball gowns from the brand during her Eras Tour concerts, with the last one being an icy blue halter-neck gown.
Heart Evangelista also modeled one of their gowns when she served as cover girl of Prestige Hong Kong’s December 2024 issue, wearing a pastel pink couture gown adorned with intricate rose detailing similar to Anne's gown.
Another famous name who was enthralled by their dresses is Jennifer Lopez, who wore a dreamy gown composed completely of pale pink roses and wispy white feathers during her performance of her song This Is Me... Now on Saturday Night Live.
Nicole + Felicia was founded by the Chang sisters back in 2015 with the goal of redefining modern luxury bridal outfits.
"Our brand strives to create contemporary designs using impeccable couture techniques. The whole design process starting from drafting mock-ups to finishing samples are all conducted in our Taipei atelier under the attention and care of our design team," they said.
"Every collection is a different interpretation of the confident and beautiful woman within all of us," they added.
