LOOK: Nadine Lustre debuts new hairstyle with bangs in makeup tutorial vlog
Nadine Lustre is rocking a new hairstyle as seen in her latest makeup tutorial vlog on her YouTube channel.
The centerpiece of her new look are bangs, reminiscent of the iconic hairdo associated with pop culture icon Audrey Hepburn.
Fans are speculating that her fresh 'do is for her upcoming series Road Killers, where she will star alongside Angeli Bayani with Rae Red as its director.
Aside from debuting her new hairstyle, she also shared the step-by-step process for her everyday makeup routine using beauty products like skin moisture face cream, cleansing milk, and micellar water.
"I love the micellar water because it cleans up your face without stripping off the natural flora of your skin. And for some reason, your face doesn't feel dry," Nadine explained.
Next, she applies moisturizer from her face down to her neck.
"Now that my skin is prepped, I'm gonna start putting on makeup. I like to start with my eyes," Nadine revealed. She picked up this habit from her makeup artist Jelly Eugenio, who starts the same way.
The actress then places what appears to be foundation on her eyelids before blending it.
After advising the audience to wear sunscreen, she applied powder similar in color to her eyelids just to even it out. She then brushes and blends a slightly darker eyeshadow before liberally applying eyeliner.
"I like putting eyeliner on my lash line. A little eyeliner on the corners of my eyes just to emphasize it."
Nadine puts on a bit of concealer across her face. Under the eyes, she uses a different, lighter shade of concealer to "get rid of the bags."
She then contours the sides of her face extending from the temples to the jaw, as well as down the nose. For the middle of her face, she applies a lighter powder.
The Deleter actress returns with black liner for her eyes and highlights on their corners. She then does her cheeks using a creamy blush sitting on top of her cheekbones.
Nadine continues with her eyebrows: "For the ends of my eyebrows, I draw a bit. Toward the middle, I like to kind of just draw strands so it looks more natural."
For her lips, she uses brown lipliner to draw on their edges before using a lipstick that Jelly gave her.
For final touches, she uses mascara to highlight her natural lashes, revealing that she used to wear extensions but stopped doing so since they were too difficult to maintain.
