Heart Evangelista sure knows how to make a statement not just with her clothes but more so, her crowning glory.

Apart from strutting into fashion galas with her designer outfits, the Kapuso star has been nailing every scene with her hairdos glammed up with hair extensions.

This was seen in the recently-concluded Paris and Milan fashion weeks, as well as other couture occasions, which Heart graced with long hair that is starkly different from her current bob cut. In her appearances at these events, the actress and influencer exhibited how any haircut can be leveled up with artificial hair.

If you, too, have short or medium-length hairstyles like Heart, you can never run out of ways to style your hair with hair extensions. You can still grasp the art of styling your locks with this list of Heart’s stunning long hairstyles you can take inspiration from for your next big event.

Sleek ponytail

Heart graced the Roberto Cavalli show in Milan Fashion Week with three elastic bands tying her hair into a low ponytail. Her original short hair wrapped around the first tie and her shiny slicked back hair highlighted her remarkable facial shape.

Beach waves

With her hairline parted at the center, the actress unleashed a gorgeous long-hair look with beach waves forming from the middle to the bottom ends. It is a simple yet elegant look anyone can rock even without any hair accessories.

Half-up half-down

Yet another hairline parted at the center moment, but this time, it is half-tied with a stylish hair clamp. Heart’s hairstylist was smart enough to lay down some of her original short hair at the side of her temples while blending the others with softly curled hair extensions.

Big, loose curls

The wind was the fashionista’s friend in this hairstyle as the air blew lightly on her medium-length extensions. The flow of her original bob cut went smoothly with the directions of her big, loose curls, making her look more chic and stylish.

Volumized straight hair

Aside from the go-to curls, Heart stood expensive with straight hair during one of her random ramps and photoshoots in the streets of Paris, France. She always trotted with finesse knowing that her hair screams elegance every single time!

‘90s hair blowout

This list would not be complete without the iconic retro blow-away style. Heart defined her bouncy hair through a side part line while using her natural short hair as thin fringes.

How to glam up your look with hair extensions

Above all these hair inspirations, it is also important to note that wearing hair extensions can be tricky, especially when you want to achieve a sophisticated look. However, it is totally achievable with the right know-how.

Heart's hairstylist, Renz Panglinan, told PhilSTAR L!fe that it all begins with "blending, blending, blending!"

He elaborated, "One is with the color of the hair, make sure to have it as close to your hair color as possible." If the one you have on hand comes in a different shade from your hair, Renz recommends that "you have the hair extensions colored at your salon."

Once you're done matching the color of your extensions to your hair, you should proceed with the blending by "braiding or hiding the underside of your hair to make the extensions look natural."

"Braid the back and some of the side part first and then clip the extensions to your braids," Renz told L!fe.

Lastly, the hairstylist advises doing a little bit of trimming to ensure that your 'do is polished.

He explained, "With Heart’s hair, I did cut some layers in front to help hide her real hair and make it look more natural. When styling extensions, curl or style them when they are already clipped in rather than styling them beforehand."

"Also just don't be afraid to experiment with the length and thickness of the hair," Renz concluded.
