Halloween 2021: Heidi Klum's (extremely gory) costume and short horror film are here
Heidi Klum has done it again! For the second time since the pandemic, the supermodel has postponed her annual Heidi Halloween party, and instead created a short horror film.
On Friday, Oct 29, the "Queen of Halloween" released the video, which features her children: Leni, Henry, Johan, and Lou, on her Instagram.
"HERE IT IS. Normally I'd be hosting my annual Halloween party on Sunday night ... but this year things are still looking a liitle different," she wrote. "So instead, my family and I want to be the first to wish you a safe and spooky Halloween weekend. #HeidiHalloween2021"
The film, which is a sequel to last year's, features Klum rising from the dead after she was killed and buried by her mummy and zombie family. And because she was under the ground for a year, her corpse has started to rot.
Klum did warn that "pieces of my body fall off [in some scenes]" which was "quite nasty." Read: an ear falls of her head as she puts on an earring, skin starts to peel off, and a finger gets cut off.
The supermodel told PEOPLE that she wanted "to look like herself but more pale and with sunken-in eye sockets."
"Just very chalky and strange looking," she said.
And indeed, Klum and her team did another epic costume.
