9.9 beauty sale: BLK, GRWM, Happy Skin, and more deals to shop this September

The 9.9 sale is back, bringing discounts, vouchers, freebies, and bundle deals from some of the Philippines' favorite beauty brands and retailers.
From makeup staples and skincare must-haves to Korean beauty favorites, here are some 9.9 beauty deals worth checking out this September.
Watsons Philippines
Watsons is joining the 9.9 shopping rush with its 9.9 Super Sale running from Sept. 1 to 10, offering deals across beauty, personal care, and other everyday essentials.
Beauty shoppers can find discounted products from brands including Anua, Cetaphil, and Skintific, among others. Some products also come with free gifts.
The sale also features beauty picks at wallet-friendly prices, including Luxe Organix Aloe Vera Soothing Gel for P124, SkinRescue Glutathione + Niacinamide for P200, Hyaluronic Acid Gummies for P495, Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser for P432, Naturals by Watsons Argan Oil for P142, Mentholatum Acnes Anti-Acne product for P137, and Glutathione + Collagen for P28.
There's another reason for fans to shop: Watsons is giving away free SB19 photocards during the sale. Customers who make a minimum P1,200 single-receipt purchase through the Watsons app or website can get one randomly assigned photocard, while supplies last.
BLK Cosmetics
BLK Cosmetics is bringing its biggest sale of the year to the 9.9 shopping rush, with up to 50% off on select cult-favorite products.
Beauty shoppers can score markdowns on everyday makeup essentials, including the False Lash Waterproof Mascara for P199, Radiant Glow Filter & Bronzer for P399, and Soft Blur Powder Foundation for P399. The sale also includes the Creamy All-Over Paint for P199, Radiant Glow Lotion for P299, and other BLK favorites.
GRWM Cosmetics
GRWM Cosmetics is joining the 9.9 festivities with special bundle deals on its beauty bestsellers. The Daily Craving Kit, Blur Duo, and Dewy Trio are all priced at P1,999, down from P2,725, P2,345, and P2,275, respectively.
For smaller hauls, the Fresh Fix Bundle starts at P749, while the Blur Combo Bundle is P649, down from P748. Both bundles also come with a free lace paper bag and pocket mirror.
The 9.9 FlavorFEST deals are available through Sept. 9, with select offers available on TikTok, LazMall, Shopee Mall, and the GRWM website, while supplies last.

Early access starts on TikTok Shop on Aug. 29 at 12 a.m., followed by other platforms on Aug. 30 at 12 a.m.
LOOK At Me
Beauty retailer LOOK At Me is also joining the 9.9 rush with its own sale running from Sept. 1 to 10.
Shoppers can get up to 50% off, plus a P300 discount with a minimum P4,000 online spend using the voucher code LOSEP99.
Its lineup includes a mix of international beauty favorites, making it a good stop for shoppers looking to score skincare, makeup, and fragrance deals in one go.
Rom&nd
K-beauty fans can also check out rom&nd’s &Mart 9.9 Deals, featuring P99 flash sale deals and up to 53% off storewide, plus special gifts and freebies.
The P99 flash sale includes a selection of rom&nd favorites, such as Glasting Melting Balm in 04 Hippie Berry, 05 Nougat Sand, 08 Coralia and 10 Nu Beige; Dewy-Ful Water Tint in 10 Murmur Pink and 03 If Rose; Bare Water Tint in 03 Nutty Nude; and Juicy Lasting Tint in 28 Bare Fig. Lip products are also included in the P99 deals, with limited stocks available.
The flash sale starts Sept. 9 at 12 a.m., so shoppers may want to set their alarms early for the limited-stock offers.
