This fresh Plains & Prints x Randolf collection brings fantasy to life
It's the fashion collab designed to bring fantasy and style together.
The new Plains & Prints x Randolf collection celebrates the meeting of two brands that are definitely not shy about colors, shapes, and fun little details in the wardrobe.
Dropping online on Oct. 6 and in stores on Oct. 8, the fresh collection by the homegrown brands carries 34 pieces that are everything but boring.
Actress Nadine Lustre, the brand ambassador of Plains & Prints, was on hand to model some of the new pieces as the brands geared up for the collection.
RJ Santos, the founder and creative director of Randolf, is known for his "playtime" design process, where he creates pieces brimming with his sense of limitless freedom.
He leans toward cheeky themes for his designs, which make a Randolf wardrobe extra fun.
"After all, these are just clothes, so might as well really feel good and enjoy wearing them," Santos said in a previous interview with Vogue Philippines.
Randolf loves its denim, which pairs well with Plains & Prints' designs.
The new line offers pieces that feature many elements Santos loves to play around with, especially in his contemporary piña barongs.
Each piece in the collection can be mixed and matched with the other items.
They can also be dressed up or down, depending on the combination of items. Slip into a barong and the whole outfit turns formal; swap the barong with a denim top and it becomes an outfit to wear to a coffee date.
The collection first drops online at 6 p.m. on Oct. 6 on the Plains & Prints website and Zalora. It will be available in the following Plains & Prints stores by Oct. 8: Maisonette Rockwell, Glorietta 1, Shangri-La Plaza Mall, Ayala Center Cebu, SM City Lipa, and SM City Davao.
