Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel finally confirm birth of second child
After months of keeping mum about reports claiming they have welcomed their second child amid the pandemic last year, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have finally broken their silence.
Justin admitted that Jessica has, indeed, given birth to a baby boy.
The singer confirmed this in an interview with TV host Ellen DeGeneres, a preview clip of which she shared in an Instagram post. The interview is set to air tomorrow.
"His name is Phineas, and he's awesome and so cute, and nobody's sleeping," Justin said in the interview. "But we're thrilled. We're thrilled and couldn't be happier. Very grateful."
The revelation comes months after The Daily Mail reported in July that Jessica gave birth to a baby boy. The pregnancy is supposedly top secret, as it was not previously known that Jessica was carrying a child.
The Daily Mail noted in their July report that Jessica did not share any full body photos on her social media accounts since March last year until she gave birth, as if trying to hide a baby bump.
Prior to that, Justin was hounded by infidelity rumors after photos of him holding hands with a female co-star were published in The Sun in November 2019.
He addressed the rumor by apologizing to Jessica and their son Silas for displaying “a strong lapse in judgment,” but added that nothing happened between him and his co-star.
